Yellowstone National Park Lodges Group Services

Your groups will appreciate the convenience of staying at the only lodging inside Yellowstone National Park. If you are interested in bringing a commercial tour group or simply bringing together an informal group of friends or family, we are pleased to offer both facilities and services for groups. To qualify for Yellowstone National Park Lodges group services – as a group – you must have 10 or more fully paid rooms per night. Please keep in mind that group availability is limited.

Yellowstone is a fascinating and complicated ecosystem.  We offer a variety of tours and activities, including our Old West Cookout and Stagecoach Adventures, as well as step-on guide services for commercial touring vehicles. Tour and activity information can be found here.

Group Services Guidelines & Policies

Rooming Lists

A typed rooming list is required 30 days prior to each scheduled arrival.

Porterage

Porterage is available at all locations. The optional porterage service cost is calculated per person, per location, and must be booked for all tour participants including the Tour Escort and Driver.

Payment Policy

All groups must be pre-paid unless direct billing has been approved. Direct billing privileges are extended only to approved volume users utilizing multiple properties.

Cancellations

Applicable refunds will be issued for all groups canceled in advance of the contracted cancellation fee periods. The cancellation must be in written form. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
