Meetings & Events in Yellowstone National Park

There’s a reason Yellowstone is the world’s first national park, and for many events, we can be a great fit. Our facilities and services, when coupled with the magic of Yellowstone, can contribute to an incredible experience for you and your team for a business meeting, social event, or wedding party. In addition to meeting and banquet space, we can provide lodging, catering, audio visual services, and transportation for a successful meeting, event, or celebration.

Our beautifully appointed meeting facilities at Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel, at the northern entrance to the park, offer over 9,700 square feet of space and include a board room and two conference rooms. The hotel’s variety of spaces can support meetings and events for 30 to 350 people. For weddings, Mammoth is the location of the Fort Yellowstone Chapel.

Old Faithful Snow Lodge, located on the park’s west side, has a single meeting space of 1,190 square feet that can accommodate up to 80 people. This space is flexible and can be configured to support meetings, training sessions, breaks, buffet meals, and receptions. Not to mention, you are only a few steps away from the number one attraction in Yellowstone, the Old Faithful geyser.
