The Roosevelt Rendezvous Lodging & Learning package features three days of learning, exploration, and fun in Yellowstone. During the day, you will choose from a variety of full-day and half-day trips. Late afternoons and early evenings are reserved for rest and reflection. Read, explore the surrounding trails, have a drink on the Roosevelt Lodge porch, chat with other participants in the main lodge, or relax in your cabin. Roosevelt Rendezvous creates an intimate social atmosphere allowing participants to learn from each other and build lasting relationships with the park, as well as with each other.
Each evening, Yellowstone Forever field educators introduce the next day’s excursions and participants sign up for their chosen activity. Dinners are served buffet-style in the main lodge where participants exchange tales of the day’s field trips and enjoy good food and company in a historic environment. Dinners are followed by evening educational presentations by Yellowstone wildlife biologists, historians, naturalists, photographers, or other fascinating guests. This program has a limit of 52 people; daily field trips are in small groups.
Most sightings of wildlife occur at a distance; the field educator will provide high-powered spotting scopes and binoculars for group use.
Activity Level – Participants may choose from leisurely hikes up to 1 mile per day to brisk aerobic, destination-oriented hiking up to 12 miles a day.

Rates include taxes, fees and gratuity. (Exception: The NPS Entrance fee is not included and Lodging & Learning packages do not include gratuity for Yellowstone Forever Field Educator and are at the discretion of the participants.) Rates, taxes and fees subject to change and based on approved local, state, and NPS fees at the time of the session date. Availability at the time of booking may vary from what is shown above. This package is limited to a maximum of 52 participants. A minimum of 15 participants is required for session to operate. Participants will be advised no later than 30 days prior to package start date if package minimum is not met. Minimum age to participate is 12 years old.
