PAYMENT, DEPOSIT, AND
CANCELLATION INFORMATION
• Deposits consist of the first night of your stay
at each campground reserved. Deposits may be
paid by check or charged to a major credit card.
If you have secured your reservation with a credit
card, your credit card has been charged for the
deposit amount shown on the confirmation form.
• For Camping and Summer Lodging reservations,
a $15 non-refundable fee will be charged for any
changes or cancellations that occur 30 days prior
to arrival. For cancellations made within 2 days
of arrival, the cancellation fee will remain at an
amount equal to the deposit amount.
• Although personal checks are accepted as a
means of deposit, PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT
ACCEPTED ON LOCATION as payment for any
sales or service. Yellowstone National Park Lodges
accepts all major credit cards and traveler’s checks.
• The cost for your campsite does not include park
entry fee. Park entry fee is payable to the National
Park Service upon arrival at the park entrance.
• Guests possessing a Lifetime Interagency Pass
(seniors and individualswithpermanent disabilities)
will receive a 50%reduction of the camping fee for
individual campsites (excluding Fishing Bridge RV
Park). These passes are available at park entrance
stations and visitor centers. Passes must be
presented at the time of check-in. There is a limit
of one campsite per pass holder. Pass discounts do
not apply to group campsites.
• Annual park passes do not qualify for campsite
discounts in Yellowstone Park.
• TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION,
please call our reservation office toll-free at
866-GEYSERLAND (866-439-7375).
• To avoid a penalty equal to your first night’s
cost, YOU MUST CANCEL AT LEAST TWO DAYS
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
• Campgrounds are at elevations of 6,800 to
8,000 feet. Please be prepared for Yellowstone’s
changingweather conditions and have appropriate
equipment for inclement weather.
